Content Services - QR Service
This service helps WeChat User to allow any anonymous user to subscribe by scanning the registered QR code. For every scan, followers will receive the configured message for the scanned QR code. Message can be text, image, audio, video or rich media article. We Chat helps to acquire follower’s data of other channels such as SMS, email, etc., this is applicable to Message service as well. Event-based messages such as Subscribe, Scan can be tracked and maintained in Eloqua.
Action Services – Message Service
This Service helps to send messages to followers, which can be text, image, audio, video or rich media article. It is possible to customize text message which enriches user personalization with metadata from WeChat App.
Menu Services – Reports
This Service helps to track statistics of messages sent to followers.
Requirements: This application simply requires Eloqua User credentials, User credentials of Middleware application and approved WeChat account with Basic API Access Privilege.
