This position is a unique opportunity to serve as a trusted advisor to our existing customers by ensuring they achieve success with marketing strategies, processes, and technologies.  By leveraging a consultative approach, the selected candidate will work closely with our customers to understand their business objectives, determine the best approach for leveraging Verticurl’s capabilities, and provide recommendations on best practices.

We are looking for an individual who can understand client’s business priorities and then design and implement a digital marketing strategy, track the impact of the campaign across the funnel stages and regularly optimize the campaign design. This individual needs to have an excellent understanding of the MarTech/AdTech space and be able to leverage the capabilities of the different technology platforms to design and track a multi-channel, integrated campaign.

Experience:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience working in a digital advertising agency or client side as an in-house digital marketer focused on digital and/social media advertising

  • Ability to illustrate case studies involving Omni-channel customer engagement plans in both B2B and B2C situations

  • Expertise in Google marketing applications, Facebook marketing and social media platforms in Asia such as WeChat and Line

  • Ability to ideate and execute performance marketing plans

     

Responsibilities:

  • Develop digital/social media marketing and demand generation roadmap for clients and work with them to achieve their targets

  • Develop customer journeys and engagement plans for clients’ customer segments

  • Lead the planning, implementation, measurement and optimization of digital marketing campaigns

  • Advise clients on industry best practice on AdTech, search marketing and programmatic, as they relate to performance marketing functions

  • Identify initiatives to improve marketing metrics

  •  

Skills & Qualifications:         

  • Good comprehension of AdTech stack as relating to segmentation, campaign design, orchestration, analytics and optimization tools

  • Ability to analyse and interpret marketing metrics across the funnel         

  • Knowledge of marketing applications like social media management, DMP, DSP/SSP, content optimization, buying platforms, tagging, attribution, targeting tools, etc.         

  • Possess experience in Digital marketing capabilities, like search, social, retargeting, personalization, etc.         

  • Exceptional Communication skills.         

  • Strong process development skills; ability to transform best practices and prospect requirements into highly efficient and executable business processes.         

  • Ability to apply creative thinking and sound reasoning, and to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.       

  • Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently and function as a strong team player.        

  • Proactive, meticulous, detail-oriented and capable of handling a high volume of work         

  • Must be able to demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative         

  • Results oriented, outstanding attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
