The message can be text, image, audio, video or rich media article. WeChat helps acquire follower’s data pertaining to other channels such as SMS, email, etc. This is applicable to Message service as well. Event-based messages such as Subscribe and Scan can be tracked and maintained in Oracle Responsys.
