Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Abhishek Gaur founded Verticurl – Asia’s first demand generation agency – in 2006 and holds the position of Founder and CEO. Ab is responsible for driving Verticurl’s vision, direction and expansion plans.
A pioneer in the field of leveraging cloud-based marketing automation platforms for delivering operational excellence, Ab has advised some of the top global MNCs. His extensive experience in this field is widely recognized and highly respected worldwide.
Global Vice President of Account Services and Business Development;
General Manager – North America
Nate is responsible for Verticurl’s Account Services and Business Development teams globally.
Nate leads and mentors Verticurl’s account servicing and business development teams spread around the globe. He and his team ensure customer satisfaction and manage client specific “Customer Success Roadmaps.”
Nate is a past board member of the Atlanta Chapter of the Business Marketing Association, a recipient of the United States Air Force Achievement Medal, and numerous corporate awards and citations.
Global Vice President of Strategy & Consulting;
General Manager – Australia & New Zealand
Waheed heads the strategy and consulting function in Verticurl and is responsible for managing strategic engagements for its key clients. He and his team ensure Verticurl’s clients are always in the forefront of modern marketing practices – be it cutting-edge analytics, innovative campaigns, lead nurturing strategies, data-driven marketing or lead funnel optimization.
Waheed has held various senior positions in the advertising and marketing industry prior to joining Verticurl where he has amassed years of experience in online strategy, digital marketing, demand generation, communications, media, social networks, CRM and marketing technologies.
Global Vice President of Professional Services
Vaish heads Verticurl’s Professional Services team.
As a delivery head, Vaish is responsible for establishing processes required to provide flawless solutions. She is responsible for rolling out different platforms within the team, as per the business demands. She also oversees the QA and training units within Verticurl.
In this demanding role, Vaish ensures availability of high-quality and trained solution architects and product consultants to deliver mission-critical projects. Vaish’s team operates round the clock in all the time zones globally running Demand Centers for some of the top enterprises.
Vaish was a senior consultant with Carlson Marketing prior to joining Verticurl, and has a background in IT. She holds a degree in Engineering and is a Microsoft certified solution developer.
Vice President of Client Services, APAC
Gen leads the account servicing team in the Asia-Pacific region, working closely with key clients to develop successful demand generation plans that outline their critical success factors, define measures for success, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations.
Gen is a well-rounded, analytical, and results-oriented marketer. She has led breakthrough ROI on targeted CRM activities, championed new marketing channels to generate incremental sales revenue, and won “Best Loyalty Marketing Campaign” at the 2012 Marketing Magazine’s Agency Awards.
Chief Operating Officer
Sam runs our Enterprise Shared Services and has broad regional management experience across various industries and roles, ranging from startup to business restructuring/divestiture, IT transformation and building cross functional teams.
He is both an empathetic communicator and effective people manager. A large part of his work involves motivating a highly engaged team in driving behavioral change to deliver the required business outcomes, molding him into a dynamic team-builder. In addition to a high level of adaptability, operational flexibility and interpersonal skills, Sam embraces change and thrives in multiple and complex work environments.
A pioneer in the field of Sales Force Automation, CRM and Loyalty Marketing Programs, Sam has been involved in major roll-out of these programs across Asia Pacific prior to joining Verticurl.
Japan Country Manager
Motoi Imaizumi brings decades of experience in digital marketing and customer relationship management serving Japanese companies and global multi-nationals to Verticurl.
Prior to joining Verticurl, Motoi spent 10 years at OgilvyOne (direct / digital marketing division of Ogilvy group), where he led various marketing communications programs for Ogilvy’s blue-chip clients.
Motoi’s ‘hands-on’ approach to management ensures that all of Verticurl Japan’s clients receive personal attention and strategic guidance. Combining both Motoi’s inbound and outbound marketing experience with Verticurl’s deep Marketing Automation expertise allows Verticurl Japan clients to benefit from a complete and end-to-end demand generation solution.
General Manager EMEA
Michael heads-up Verticurl’s rapidly growing EMEA operation. In addition to advising clients on their marketing strategies, technology platforms and how to build and deliver tangible ROI, he’s responsible for business development, partnerships and account services in the region.
Having spent 20 years specializing in hardware, software, telecoms and internet technologies, Michael has gained an intimate knowledge and practical application of highly effective marketing strategies, channels and technologies. He’s experienced the complexities of selling to global enterprises and getting into the minds of fickle consumers.
Prior to joining Verticurl, Michael was Managing Director at Banner, WPP’s technology marketing practice and one of Eloqua’s first partners in Europe. More recently he held the position of CMO at EngageSciences, the consumer engagement and automation software platform, where he pioneered and delivered brand awareness and demand generation programs.
Global Finance Director
As Group Finance Director, Joelle oversees all of Verticurl’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, compliance/control and corporate finance. She also supports our global talent requisition/retention activities and is a member of our leadership team.
Her career spans over 20 years of varied experience in Finance/Accounting across various industries, most notable within the agency business focusing on financial management, operations, profitability, growth and transformation. Joelle earned a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technology University, Singapore.
Vice President of Client Services, North America
Lauren has nearly two decades of experience consulting for B2B and B2C marketing and communications. Over her career, Lauren has worked with numerous Fortune 100 brands like GE, Intel, Lenovo, The Home Depot, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, SAP, and Avaya to name a few.
She is highly experienced in successfully developing multi-channel demand generation strategy and managing both on and offline GTM strategies for her clients. Lauren’s specialties include Demand Generation, User Experience, Research Analysis, CRM, Marketing/Communications strategy development, Direct Marketing, Branding, Media/PR, and Sales.
Vice President of Client Services, Latin America
With over 15 years of Data-Driven Marketing experience, Rodrigo has worked on both client and agency sides with companies such as Ericsson, Oi and Havas Media. Most recently, he successfully led Israel and Europe based AdTech startups’ business expansion in Latin America.
Rodrigo is responsible for Verticurl’s Client Services, Business Development and Partnerships in Latin America. He leads and mentors our Client Services team in the region, supporting our global clients regionally in Latin America, as well as local clients across several countries.
Vice President of Technology
Karl Schneider has 38 years of experience in digital technology, with the last 26 years specifically in marketing and sales tech and strategy. He’s held a wide variety of responsibilities – both in hands-on and leadership marketing roles as well as consulting and advisory roles for the full alphabet of enterprise organizations from Adobe to Zions Bancorporation.
Karl believes that with the continuing explosion of marketing and sales technologies available, it is more important than ever for companies to select the right technology solutions, configure them appropriately for their environments and use cases, and strategically weave them into the daily fabric of their organization. Or, potentially, to augment their existing technology stack and resources to derive the maximum value available from their existing investments.
Vice President of Client Services, India
Rashmi is the Vice President of Client Services for Verticurl’s global client engagements based in India. She is responsible for all aspects of client success, enabling them to get the most value of Verticurl’s services. Her mandate is to identify new opportunities of value creation with clients, in addition to revenue expansion and client retention.
She has over two decades of experience in Consumer, Media, B2B SaaS, Hi-Tech and Technology companies including Universal McCann, Burson Cohn & Wolfe, Microsoft, HCL Technologies. Her focus has been in driving profitable business growth by creating alternate revenue streams through partnerships, new business incubation, and in driving efficiency by introducing new processes, structure, and skills.
She has extensive experience in growth marketing, content, digital, PR, product marketing, account- based marketing, and marketing automation. She has also had a successful start-up and entrepreneurial experience in launching and scaling digital-first/mobile-first platform business models.
With extensive experience in leading and growing marketing, sales, business development and demand generation teams, Rashmi believes that coaching, mentoring, and developing teams’ skills and competencies is critical to support exponential growth.
Rashmi holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and has done Masters in Communication with specialization in advertising and marketing.
